MCA Coimbatore Penalties for Non-Compliance

Beware Company Owners, The ROC (Registrar of Companies – Ministry of Corporate Affairs Coimbatore) has imposed Penalty on several companies for non-compliance. Recently the ROC Delhi has also been imposed several penalties on number of Companies for non-complying with the provisions of Companies Act, 2013. The details of Penalties imposed by ROC Coimbatore is as follows:

Adjudication order: V2VISION SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

Companies Act, 2013: Violation of Section 92 & 137 of the Companies Act, 2013 in the matter of M/s V2VISION SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.

The Company violations of Section 92(5) and 137(3) of the Companies Act, 2013. The Company was not filling the Annual Return for the FY 2015-16, 2016-17, 2018-19, 2019-20 & 2020-21 and financial Statement for the FY 2015-16, 2016-17, 2018-19, 2019-20 & 2020-21.

ROC vide adjudication order dated January 10, 2023, imposed a penalty INR 21,84,800/-  on the company along with officers in default, for non-compliance of section 92 & 137 of the Companies Act, 2013 with respect to non-filling the financial statements and Annual Return.

Adjudication order: AHAM GLOBAL INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED

Companies Act, 2013: Violation of Section 92 & 137 of the Companies Act, 2013 in the matter of M/s AHAM GLOBAL INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED.

The Company violations of Section 92(5) and 137(3) of the Companies Act, 2013. The Company was not filling the Annual Return for the FY 2018-19, 2019-20 & 2020-21 and financial Statement for the FY 2018-19, 2019-20 & 2020-21.

ROC vide adjudication order dated January 10, 2023, imposed a penalty INR 11,32,400/-  on the Company along with officers in default, for non-compliance of section 92 & 137 of the Companies Act, 2013 with respect to non-filling the financial statements and Annual Return.

Adjudication order: AMAZORG INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED

Companies Act, 2013: Violation of Section 92 & 137 of the Companies Act, 2013 in the matter of M/s AMAZORG INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED.

The Company violations of Section 92(5) and 137(3) of the Companies Act, 2013. The Company was not filling the Annual Return for the FY 2018-19, 2019-20 & 2020-21 and financial Statement for the FY 2018-19, 2019-20 & 2020-21.

Companies Act, 2013: Violation of Section 92 & 137 of the Companies Act, 2013 in the matter of M/s ACCESS TECHNET PRIVATE LIMITED.

The Company violations of Section 92(5) and 137(3) of the Companies Act, 2013. The Company was not filling the Annual Return for the FY 2018-19, 2019-20 & 2020-21 and financial Statement for the FY 2018-19, 2019-20 & 2020-21.

ROC vide adjudication order dated January 10, 2023, imposed a penalty INR 10,28,000/-  on the Company along with officers in default, for non-compliance of section 92 & 137 of the Companies Act, 2013 with respect to non-filling the financial statements and Annual Return.

Adjudication order: CLEANENERGY LOGAN INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

Companies Act, 2013: Violation of Section 92 & 137 of the Companies Act, 2013 in the matter of M/s CLEANENERGY LOGAN INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.

The Company violations of Section 92(5) and 137(3) of the Companies Act, 2013. The Company was not filling the Annual Return for the FY 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20 & 2020-21 and financial Statement for the FY 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20 & 2020-21.

ROC vide adjudication order dated January 10, 2023, imposed a penalty INR 16,58,600/-  on the Company along with officers in default, for non-compliance of section 92 & 137 of the Companies Act, 2013 with respect to non-filling the financial statements and Annual Return.

The only way to get safeguard from such huge penalties is completing your compliance on time. A company must fulfil all the applicable compliances within the due date to avoid late filing fees and such huge penalties.
