Official Notification: No. 9/2025-Central Tax (Rate) and 10/2025-Central Tax (Rate) dated 17th Sep 2025
This new GST rate is effective from September 22, 2025. The Central Government, based on the Council’s recommendations, has issued a new notification that supersedes the previous one from June 28, 2017. This new notification outlines the central tax rates for intra-state supplies of goods across seven schedules, with rates ranging from 0% to 40%.
